Description: We prepare our Fenugreek extract from seeds of Trigonella fnum-gręcum plants which are Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. To assure optimal extraction of Fenugreek's bioactive compounds, the seeds are harvested in late summer when they have fully matured, are winnowed free of all chaff, and are then thoroughly extracted.
